Every organization has fundamental principles. Core values, mission & vision or purpose statements: they are all about what matters most. Or should matter most...

Oddly enough, there are not many organizations that test the support for these fundamental principles with a (periodic) measurement.

 

That is why I developed a methodology together with a mathematician and a behavioral scientist that measures the support for these principles among all employees and other stakeholders.

 

Our tool not only provides insight into the support for fundamental principles of the organization, but also into the nature, size and location of any disagreements. This way you know where attention is needed when it comes to strengthening organizational culture.
