Amongst Ourselves combines an inspiring keynote, the sharing of meaningful moments in small groups, and a collective celebration of what truly matters. Employees and leaders explore their own experiences and discover what they value together.

The keynote opens a different way of looking at values and culture. With recognizable examples and a shared question, I invite participants to explore their everyday experiences.

Participants then share stories in small groups. By listening and asking questions, they discover what matters to each other. In the closing conversation, we explore recurring themes, different perspectives, and what deserves attention.

I guide the conversation, leaving room for what emerges between people. Participants’ experiences set the direction: the outcome is not predetermined.

In one and a half hours, you gain a better understanding of one another, a clearer picture of what matters, and a shared starting point for what you want to strengthen or change. For team days, leadership gatherings, and organization-wide events.
