Stephan Ummelen speaking to a full auditorium

A shared experience.

I am a sought-after speaker on purpose and meaning at work. I think that is because I can make serious ideas light and accessible, using humor and examples. Yet my story is not pulled out of thin air. I closely follow scientific insights into how people function best.

With every keynote, I believe it is important to adapt the story to the organization I am working with. Sometimes it is about leadership. Sometimes it is about employee engagement. Sometimes there is deep skepticism around core values, and sometimes the moment simply calls for space to celebrate the culture people actually experience.

Wherever possible, I make room for interaction in my keynotes. It is not only more effective than broadcasting for an hour; it makes the gathering more enjoyable too.

To find out whether I am the right speaker for your moment, I would be happy to talk, with no obligation.
